Sorry to hear that. Yes, you can get a refund. First, return your unwashed and unworn heated apparel in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. We will send a prepaid shipping label free of charge for orders within the U.S.(Click HERE to apply for returns). Customers outside of the United States are responsible for the return shipping cost. After we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be credited to your payment method.
