Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
If you have changed your mind, please contact our customer service via email as soon as possible. Please send the details including address/size/color that you would like to change to support@ororowear.com and our customer service team will assist you with the change.
Please note that we’re unable to edit the order once our fulfillment team has already started processing your order, but you can apply for a return when it arrives. You could email our customer service team to further confirm your order status.
