I got the heated apparel as a gift but it doesn’t quite fit. Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, you can! Please find out the order number or order email from whoever made the purchase then send an email to  support@ororowear.com so we can get you the correct size. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, we cannot help with a return/exchange. 

But you can always use the S/N beneath the care label and use this number as an order ID to register the warranty HERE to enjoy a 1-year warranty.
