I got the heated apparel as a gift but it doesn’t quite fit. Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, we offer exchanges for gifts! If the heated apparel you received doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and within our exchange period.
Please find out the order number or order email from the person who made the purchase then send it to support@ororowear.com with the size that you want to exchange.
If you cannot provide proof of purchase, we cannot help with a return/exchange.
