My battery won’t charge.

Please recheck the battery by following the steps below:

Step#1. Ensure that your charger and cable can charge another device.

Step#2. If the charger is fine, plug your battery into the charger. After 6-8 hours, your battery should be fully charged with 4 solid orange lights on it.

Step#3. Unplug the battery from the charger. Press the button on the battery to check if the 4 solid lights come back on.

Step#4. If you can't see 4 solid lights, drain the battery by powering up your apparel or by charging your phone, then recharge the battery for 6-8 hours and check the battery lights.

We recommend charging the battery every 3-6 months, even when it's not in use, to keep the battery active. Also, please try to charge the battery at room temperature.
