How will the heated apparel be packaged?
ororo heated apparel is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Each regular item* is typically packed in a branded ororo box or pouch that protects the garment and includes the following*:
- The heated garment (vest, jacket, etc.)
- ororo Mini 5K rechargeable battery (or the corresponding battery model)
- Battery charging cable
- User manual with instructions (in English, German, and French)

Notice: Starting from Jan 25, 2024, the charger only comes with U.S. plug only. If you plan to use the charger in other countries or regions outside the U.S., please be prepared with the local adapter for charging. ororo 5V3A charger and 5V2A charger are compatible to most power adapter of qualified manufacturers in market.
