Why can’t my battery fast charge?
Using a charger with insufficient power may result in slow charging.
For the B20M (4800mAh) battery, a 15W charger is recommended, and it takes about 4 hours to recharge with a 5V/3A charger. For the PD5K battery, please use a 20W+ USB-C charger, which can fully charge the battery in approximately 2 hours. For the PD7K battery, please use a 24W+ USB-C charger, which can fully charge the battery in approximately 3 hours. ororo offers 33W charger with dual ports that could fast-charge your batteries here.
Please make sure to use the original charging cable provided with the battery during charging to ensure proper performance.
