The apparel we just bought keeps powering/cooling down after the pre-heat cycle?
It's normal that the apparel will power/cool down after the preheating cycle. It will change to medium (white light) automatically after 3-5 minutes when preheating is finished. Press the button and switch to high heating setting (red light) to maintain the high heat.
