Can not feel the heat.
To begin with, it’s important to confirm that your heated apparel is properly turned on and activated. You can follow the steps below to test the heating function.
Step#1. Ensure that the battery is at or above 50% charged (2 solid lights). You can check the battery power by short-pressing the button on the battery.
Step#2. Connect the battery to the DC connection in the internal pocket of your apparel. Upon connection, if you see the power button on the apparel flash red once, the apparel is activated.
Step#3. Press and release the power button a few times. Ensure that you can hear a physical clicking sound of the button.
Step#4. PRESS and HOLD the power button on your heated apparel for 3-5 seconds. If you see a red pulsing light on the power button, the apparel begins to preheat.
Step#5. Zip up your apparel and wait for 5 minutes while it is preheating. After 5 minutes, unzip the apparel, and use your hand to touch the heating areas (Please modify this - collar, back, chest, pockets) to determine if you can feel obvious heat.
