Can not feel the heat.
There is a 3-5 minute pre-heat process after you turn on the apparel. During this time the light will show a pulsing red light. Please switch the setting to high-temperature setting (red light) and allow the jacket to heat for 15-20 minutes. Touch the heating areas from the inner part of the apparel to see whether you can feel the obvious heat.
